Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our dedicated team and partners get to work preparing it with care and prayer. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it is ready to ship out. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping times are estimates and begin after the processing time. Delivery times can vary based on your location and carrier operations. Here are our current estimates:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight and your shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address and before you confirm your payment.
Where We Ship From
To bring our unique faith-based designs to life and deliver them efficiently, we partner with expert printing facilities located in different states across the United States. Your order will typically ship from the facility best suited to produce your item and reach you quickly.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes several different items (like a hoodie, a tote bag, and wall art), they might be created at different partner facilities to ensure the best quality and speed for each product type. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and potentially on different days.
Please don’t worry if one package arrives before the others – the rest of your order is on its way! Since most items ship from within the US, the arrival times between packages are usually very close.
Shipping Carriers
We entrust your orders to reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Within the US: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- International Orders: We typically use DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service, depending on the destination country and service availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s). Please keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam/junk folder, just in case!).
You can use the tracking number provided to follow your package’s journey. You can also conveniently check your order status anytime on our dedicated Order Tracking Page.
International Shipping: Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware that your country’s customs office may impose additional charges, such as import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These potential charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost you pay to Christian Faith Goods.
Any customs fees or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your international order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Accuracy is essential for smooth delivery! Our system processes orders quickly to get them into production.
- If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. Include your order number and the correct address. We will do our absolute best to update it before it ships.
- What if my order has already shipped with the wrong address? Unfortunately, we cannot reroute packages once they are with the carrier. However, we recommend these steps:
- Contact the specific carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) directly with your tracking number. They might be able to redirect it or hold it for pickup, though this is not guaranteed.
- If possible, try to retrieve the package from the incorrect address yourself or arrange for someone you know there to collect it.
- If it was delivered to an apartment complex or business with a reception desk or mailroom, check with them.
- Please understand: Christian Faith Goods cannot issue refunds or send replacement orders if a package is undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address details carefully during checkout!
Packages Returned to Sender
If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to an error on their part, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
However, we cannot be responsible for packages returned to us for the following reasons, and reshipment may incur additional shipping charges:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer (e.g., missing apartment/suite/unit number).
- Invalid address format recognized by the carrier.
- The recipient moved without providing an updated address.
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts because the recipient was unavailable.
- The recipient refused to accept the package.
- Failure to collect the package from the post office or designated pickup point within the carrier’s timeframe.
- Using a temporary or seasonal address without setting up proper mail forwarding.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We share your desire for orders to arrive promptly! While carriers are generally reliable, occasional delays or lost packages can happen. We track all orders and provide tracking information so you can follow along.
- If your order seems to be significantly delayed (tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period well beyond the estimated delivery window), please reach out to us.
- If your order has not been received 30 days after the shipping date (for US orders) or 45 days after the shipping date (for international orders), please contact us at [email protected]. After verifying with the carrier that the package is indeed lost, we will gladly issue a full refund. Your peace of mind is important to us.
Packages Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
It can be concerning when tracking shows “Delivered”, but the package isn’t where you expect it. Once a carrier marks a package as successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package unfortunately shifts. Christian Faith Goods cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens, we sincerely recommend taking these steps:
- Thoroughly check all potential delivery locations: mailbox, porch, side door, garage area, building reception, mailroom.
- Ask other members of your household or neighbors if they might have received it for you.
- Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered slightly prematurely; allow 24 hours just in case.
- Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) directly with your tracking number. They often have more detailed delivery information (like GPS coordinates of the scan) and can sometimes help locate it.
- Check with your local post office branch, as they might be holding it.
